What is 3D printing?
3D printing, also known as additive manufacturing, involves building objects layer by layer to achieve the final design. The most common 3D printing methods include Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) and Stereolithography (SLA), among others.
Our Technology

At Velocity Kraft, we utilize Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology to produce high-quality products tailored to meet your needs. FDM is a widely respected technology known for it's precision and versatility.
How FDM Works:
FDM builds objects by adding material layer by layer. We use thermoplastic filament, which comes in standard 1kg spools, and it is heated in a hot-end until it melts. This molten material is then carefully extruded through a nozzle, layer by layer, to create the final object. This process allows us to produce parts and prototypes that are both durable and detailed.
Our FDM printers are meticulously maintained to ensure that every product meets our rigorous standards for quality and reliability. By focusing on both advanced technology and thorough maintenance, we ensure that our 3D printed items are consistently well-crafted and tailored to your specific needs.
Notice About 3D Printed Products
Dear Valued Customers,
At Velocity Kraft, we are dedicated to providing high-quality 3D printed components. However, due to the complex nature of 3D printing technology, it’s important to understand that parts may occasionally show minor cosmetic blemishes. These can include layer lines (visible layers from the printing process) and stringing (fine, web-like threads). These imperfections are a normal part of the 3D printing process and do not impact the functionality or structural integrity of the parts.
Additionally, slight variations from the product images may occur. Factors such as ambient temperature, humidity, and even the specific properties of the materials used can influence the final appearance. These variables can lead to differences in color, texture, and surface finish, which are typical of additive manufacturing.
Rest assured that only parts meeting our strict quality standards will be sold. We diligently maintain our fleet of 3D printers to ensure they perform at their best and deliver the highest quality results possible.
We appreciate your understanding and ongoing support. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.
Best regards,
The Velocity Kraft Team
