Our Design Process

To begin our design process, please reach out to us to discuss your project. We will delve into your specific requirements, including function, measurements, strength needs, and tolerances. Our team will collaborate closely with you throughout the design phase to ensure that the final product meets your exact specifications and expectations.

• Pricing: Our standard rate is $45 CAD per hour. We also offer fixed project pricing depending on the scope and requirements of your project.

• Deposit: A 35% deposit is required to initiate work. This deposit is refundable based on the hours already worked if you choose to cancel the project.

• Discounts: We offer discounts if both parties agree to retain the rights to the file. If the rights are not retained, they will be transferred from Velocity Kraft to you, the customer, upon full payment.

• File Formats: We are capable of working with most file formats to ensure compatibility with your project needs.

• Revisions and Support: We provide iterative revisions and continuous support throughout the design process to ensure the final product meets your expectations and satisfaction.
